This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you or your child uses our children's applications ("Applications"), and informs you about your privacy rights and how the law protects your child.
This policy applies to all ABC App Studios applications designed for children and families. For our general audience applications, please refer to our General Privacy Policy.
We take children's privacy very seriously. Our children's Applications do not collect any personal information from children. We do not display advertisements, and we comply with COPPA, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Yasin Güven (operating as ABC App Studios), based in Kocaeli, Turkey.
- Applications refers to the mobile software programs published by the Company on Google Play, designed for children and families.
- Child or Children refers to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction).
- Parent refers to a parent or legal guardian of a child.
- Service refers to the Applications.
- Device means any device that can access the Service.

We are committed to ensuring that our children's Applications comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding children's privacy.
3. Data Collection and Use
Information We Do NOT Collect
Our children's Applications do not collect any personal information from users, including but not limited to:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
- Photos, videos, or audio
- Precise or coarse location data
- Contact lists, calendar data, or browsing history
- Device identifiers that could be used to identify a child personally
- Financial or payment information
Limited Non-Personal Data
Our Applications may collect minimal, non-personal, aggregated data solely for the purpose of improving app functionality and stability. This may include:
- General device type and operating system version (for compatibility)
- Crash reports and diagnostic data (to fix bugs)
- Aggregated usage statistics (e.g., most-used features, session duration)
This data is collected in an anonymized and aggregated form that cannot be used to identify any individual, including children. We do not attempt to re-identify anonymized data.
Data Required for App Functionality
Our Applications may store settings and preferences locally on the device (e.g., selected sounds, timer settings). This data is stored only on the device and is never transmitted to our servers.
4. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Our children's Applications are designed to be used without providing any personal information.
If we do happen to obtain any personal information through support requests or other correspondence, it will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. Such information will never be shared with any other entities and will only be retained for the purpose of resolving the support request. We will delete such information upon request.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we take immediate steps to remove that information from our systems.
If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing information and your country requires consent from a parent, we will require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information.
5. Third-Party Services
Our children's Applications may use the following third-party services:
- Google Play Services — Required for app distribution and updates
Our children's Applications:
- Do NOT use advertising SDKs — No advertisements are displayed
- Do NOT use behavioral tracking — No user profiling or targeted content
- Do NOT share data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes
Any third-party SDK used in our children's Applications complies with Google Play's Families Policy requirements and applicable children's privacy laws.
6. In-App Purchases
Some of our children's Applications may offer in-app purchases. All transactions are processed entirely by Google Play and require parental authentication (as configured in your Google Play settings). We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information.
7. Parental Rights
As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:
- Review any personal information we may have collected about your child (we do not collect personal information, but you may verify this)
- Request deletion of any data related to your child
- Refuse further collection or use of your child's data
- Contact us at any time with questions or concerns about our data practices

8. Security
We take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of any data associated with our children's Applications. This includes:

- Retaining data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected
- Deleting data using reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access or use
While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Data Retention
Since our children's Applications do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain. Any anonymized diagnostic or crash data is retained for a maximum of 24 months and then automatically deleted.
10. Transfer of Data
Any anonymized, non-personal data may be processed by third-party service providers in locations outside of your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
11. Links to Other Websites
Our children's Applications do not contain links to external websites or third-party services that are not appropriate for children. If any links are present, they are protected by parental gates as required by Google Play's Families Policy.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
